We'll be adding swordfish steaks to our list of easy weeknight dinners.

I thought I hated it because the one time I ate it in a restaurant, it was A W F U L.

Luckily, my local fish store talked me into grilling a few up.

I marinaded them in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic and then dusted them with salt and pepper just before cooking them.

And cooked direct at about 500F for 4-5 minutes on each side.

I really liked them! And thank you, CGW for the grill marks! :)

I'd like to try a few different marinades and maybe a dry rub? How do y'all cook them?

That looks really good, and awesome pic quality

I usually brush with olive oil then season with salt and pepper. Grill around 500, then serve with a roasted pineapple and red pepper salsa. I can share the recipe if interested. The salsa is a recipe from chevys fresh mex book - i highly recommend, worth every penny of $12

We sometimes blacken with some cajun. Or season with new mexican red chile powder and serve with a corn bean salsa or a pico de gallo
