Stuffed Potato Cups

Start by cutting the potato in half and coring out the center, the bigger the potato the better

As the cored portion of the potatoes are boiling, wrap the cups with bacon and secure with a tooth pick

Fill the cups the mashed potato mixture, (as far as the mixture goes, use whatever you like to mix in the mash, I did mine with shallots and Jalapenos) lastly sprinkle some smoked paprika and place in your grill

In this particular cook, it was 325 indirect due to the chicken, potatoes took an hour and actually could've stayed on a bit longer. Direct I would think 325-350 an hour possibly less.
